Note: IS&T will continue to offer support for both VPN platforms during the transition period. May 25, 2016 · It just doesn’t *turn* on. (Sometimes it does, but sometimes it doesn’t.) Even when it does turn on, it can take some time for a phone to register on a roaming network to register before it starts receiving data. I’d give it 30 minutes. But some devices won’t switch automatically, even though T-Mobile is known for its amazing data roaming.

Open the Settings app and tap “More” under Wireless & Networks. Tap the VPN option on the Wireless & Networks screen. Tap the + button and provide the VPN’s details.
If Mobile VPN with SSL on the Firebox is configured to use a port other than the default port 443, in the Server text box, you must type the IP address or FQDN followed by a colon and the port number. For example, if Mobile VPN with SSL is configured to use port 444, and the primary external IP address is 203.0.113.2, the Server is 203.0.113.2:444.
Mobile VPN with IKEv2 supports connections from native IKEv2 VPN clients on iOS, macOS, and Windows mobile devices.
