I had to sign out of Netflix on my 360 for some reason. The two have never even been powered on at the same time, ever. That is very strange. On a side note you can sign out of all devices through your netflix account too. Just an FYI. Netflix won't start on my xbox. Can anyone help? : xbox360

Then go down to Netflix and delete everything. All updates and saved info. Once it's all gone and there isn't even a Netflix section in your games list, clear your system cache which is gotten to by hitting the Y button when selecting your hard drive in the storage section. After all that just reinstall the Netflix app and it should work. Xbox owners without an Xbox Live Gold membership will now be able to access more than 180 apps like Netflix, ESPN and HBO Go for free. Microsoft is rolling out its June update globally this week, which comes with a bevy of improvements to both the Xbox One and Xbox 360.
