Jan 08, 2011 · I downloaded a file from frostwire, and it automatically went into my "Downloads" folder on my computer. in that folder i am trying to delete the file but everytime i do, i get a pop-up saying "The action can't be completed because the file is open in FrostWire" "Close the file and try again." ..
