Aug 29, 2012 · There is internect activity, but it says no internet. When I look further, it says "iPv4 connectivity--no network access" and "iPv6 connectivity--no network access". I am on a laptop with a wireless connection, using Windows 7; others in the house have "hard wire" connections to the internet and are fine. No IPv6 only IPv4 I own an Arris SB8200 Modem have a 1000 mbps internet plan and I am only recieving an IPv4 IP address. I have called comcast technical support twice and they both advised my modem is provisioned correctly and show that I should have an IPv6 address; however when I test it online it clearly shows no IPv6 address.
You don't need IPV6 connectivity -- as I have an HP DV6 and network print to an HP printer with IPV4 connectivity just fine. As a matter of fact, IPV6 is know to cause problems, so disabling it on your PC might actually work better.

Our two Win10 computers go from disconnected, IPv6 access only, IPv4 and IPv6 full access, everything ok and back again. This has been happening for several weeks.
